Treecycling 2017

The Carpenter Green and Clean & Green Committees will be collecting and recycling Christmas trees on the first two Saturdays in January. Trees collected will be chipped and stored at 17th and Carpenter -the future site of Carpenter Green Park! Wood chips will be available for neighbors and used during the neighborhood tree planting in spring 2016.

How to recycle your tree:

Drop It Off-

Bring your tree to Carpenter Green between 9am and 12:00pm on January 7th
Trees must be bare (free of ornaments, metal, stands). 
Trees and greens of all shapes and sizes accepted. 
Suggested donation: $5/tree
 

We'll Pick It Up- 

Don't feel like loading your tree back into the car or dragging it down the street? We'll come and pick it up! Email alexatSOSNA@gmail.com to schedule your pick up. 
 
Pick ups will be on Saturday, January 7th.
All trees must be curbside by 9am on January 7th.

  • To sign up to have your tree picked up, click the donate button below. You'll be taken to our donation page where you can make your secure payment. Be sure to include your address for pick up under 'purpose' at the top left of the page!
  • Or you can call us for pick up on Saturday the 9th between 9am-12pm at 267-332-1180, and make a cash donation upon pick up!
