PCPC South of South Community Plan (July 2005)
The PCPC Philadelphia City Planning Commission - http://www.philaplanning.org/ - published the South of South Community Plan in July 2005. Community Plans offer a roadmap for a neighborhood over the next 5-10 years. This Plan documents the history of the neighborhood, outlines existing conditions regarding housing, commercial activity, open space, transit and more, and makes recommendations for improvement across these topics. Led by PCPC staff and community planners, this process involves many public meetings and interactions with key stakeholders betwee the fall of 2002 and fall/winter of 2003/2004.
