Check this page for ZBA hearings for projects in the SOSNA bounded area (South Street, Broad Street, Washington Avenue, and the Schuylkill River). 

All Zoning Board of Adjustment hearings take place at 1515 Arch Street, 18th Floor.  When attending, first fill out an official white appearance form available at the front of the room - this registers you as having attended regarding a specific case, and will allow you to file a legal appeal should the ZBA decision be contrary to your preference. Listen at the outset of each meeting in case your case has been continued (postponed and rescheduled) for some reason.  When your case comes up, approach the front of the room and identify yourself as being with the applicants or as a protestant.
