SOSNA's mission is to improve the quality of life and serve as a resource for residents and businesses by actively encouraging and promoting neighborhood activities and civic involvement in the area bounded by the south side of South Street to the north side of Washington Avenue and the west side of Broad Street to the Schuylkill River.

Welcome to Southwest Center City and the South of South Neighborhood Association's website. Our civic association is a vibrant organization of neighbors working together towards making life in Philadelphia and our neighborhood even better. Our Board of Directors is committed to professionalism, inclusiveness, transparency, stability, and non-partisan activities. Please get involved in helping your fellow neighbors facilitate civic pride and change. You can start by attending any of our informative general meetings, our action oriented committee meetings or Board meetings. Please check our Events Calendar for dates, times, and locations.
